openPopUps is a free component used for launching new pop-up windows on your website or in your web applications. Completely JavaScript/DHTML powered, openPopUps can be set up and running in no time. openPopUps can be used in your custom web applications or for your site's adveritements. Pop Up blockers will fail to prevent an openPopUp window from launching. openPopUps is open source and released under the LGPL, meaning you'll have access to the full source code to modify or customize it to your needs. Add new features, change the styles, or even optimize the code. It's entirely up to you.
